Following the success of the 7th International Conference on Hot-Wire Chemical Vapor Deposition (HWCVD) in October 2012 in Osaka City, Japan the HWCVD 8 Conference October 13 – 16, 2014 takes place in Braunschweig, Germany
The conference is jointly organized by the Fraunhofer-Institute for Surface Engineering and Thin Films IST (Germany) and the INPLAS Network of Competence Industrial Plasma Surface Technology (Germany).
