5th High Level Expert Meeting - Asphere Metrology

With our 5th High Level Expert Meeting (HLEM) we continue to concentrate on the topic asphere metrology. A review of our previous events concerning this topic can be found HERE and HERE.

The next meeting on this topic takes place on March 6th and 7th 2012 in PTB Braunschweig.

We intend to perform measurements with new reference samples and the presentation of the results during the meeting. This time even more precise samples with even higher requirements will be used. Which specimens in detail? - The picture above shows the both asheric lenses which are examined by the participants.

Additionally theoretical contributions and contributions for the measurement of free-form surfaces will complete the programme. We would like to invite all professionals and users from research and industry as well as manufacturers of measuring instruments to join this meeting. However - we keep you up to date - more information will be published here regulary.
