Workshop "µ-contact-printing and nanoimprint lithography"

The µ-CP/NIL workshop aims to promote activities in development and applications of nanoimprint technologies and µ-contact-printing and to provide and intense exchange between academics and participants from industry.

An international community of experts will come together to discuss new research results, perspectives of future developments, and innovative applications with the topics including:  Process Tools, Printing Processes, Stamp and Inking Materials, Applications in electronics, optoelectronics, solar cells, displays, LEDs.
